2016 Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) Residential Communities Initiative (RCI) Resident Survey
The Residential Communities Initiative (RCI) Privatized Housing continues to be an outstanding quality of life program supporting Soldiers and Families. In order to ensure the continued success of the program in meeting residents’ expectations and needs, Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) will conduct its RCI Resident Survey here at Fort Polk from 5 May – 6 June 2016.
The Army is surveying over 80,000 residents living in RCI accompanied and unaccompanied housing. The information residents provide will help guide the Army and the Private
RCI Partners in development of future improvements to our privatized housing facilities and services.
Within the weeks prior to the survey start date, you will receive an email with the survey link. This survey is being administered through a third party, CEL & Associates, Inc. (CEL).
All residents who complete the survey will be entered to win 3 weekly drawings of $500 and at the conclusion one grand prize of $1,500.
The survey takes less than 20 minutes to complete and will ask questions on topics such as residents’ evaluation of their present home, community amenities, resident activities, the community maintenance team and property management team, among others.
All survey answers are strictly confidential and residents are urged to offer honest responses. Personal data is not tabulated and the survey does not identify the resident in any way.
Look on our Facebook page for more details as the survey dates gets closer.
Sharing your feedback about your experiences while residing in a Corvias Military Living privatized housing community here at Fort Polk is critical to shaping the future housing and services provided to our Army. Decisions we make today, based on the survey results, will impact generations of Soldiers and Families in the future.

- to save energy and money on heating water; and wrap the water storage tank in a specially-designed “blanket” to retain the heat.
Who doesn’t like to be recognized for doing the right thing? Corvias Military Living recently began a program to do just that! The Resident Spotlight program is a fun way for us to give residents kudos for taking care of and contributing to their community.
Our team is on the lookout for residents who take pride in their home and community. There are many ways to be an exemplary resident such as, consistently demonstrating care and cleanliness of your home, picking up after your pet regularly, taking time to beautify your yard and regularly returning your trash can to your home, just to name a few.
Thank you cards are awarded in four categories: care of home, yard, pets and community. If you are spotted being an outstanding citizen of Fort Polk you will be entered into a drawing to potentially win a $25 gift card. There will be one winner from each community on Fort Polk.
