Find out what the Palmetto Terrace Neighborhood can offer your family.

Palmetto Terrace is the perfect example of how family housing and Fort Polk are constantly improving. New homes have a sleek design and have all the amenities the modern Army family needs. The older homes were built in the mid 1970s and have since been through extensive renovations. Two, three, four and five bedroom homes are available for JNCO, SNCO and CGO rank bands. Residents of Palmetto Terrace are lucky to have one of the two Neighborhood Centers at Fort Polk right down the street. In addition, Palmetto Terrace is conveniently located near South Polk Elementary School, the library, the commissary, PX and walking trails.
